Richland Borough has been awarded two grants to assist with the financing of the ongoing water system upgrade project.

  1. $1,000,000 Community Project Funding grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
  2. $712,634 State LSA Program grant through the Commonwealth Financing Authority.
