The Borough Council is thrilled about the progress being made on our new park and we know the community shares in the excitement and anticipation of its opening! This project is a major investment in our town, and we want to ensure it is completed to the highest standard for everyone to enjoy.
We kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding as construction is still underway. The poured-in-place playground surface is currently curing, which is essential to ensure it sets properly and lasts for years to come. Similarly, the newly paved walking trails need time to cure before they are ready for foot traffic.
We also ask the community to refrain from entering the park while it’s still an active construction zone. This includes the playground and trail areas. Doing so could interfere with the final grading, walk-throughs, and necessary corrections that the general contractor needs to address before the park is officially complete.
Your cooperation during this final stretch means everything. We’re so grateful for your understanding, and we truly can’t wait to see the park come to life—full of families, friends, and neighbors enjoying all it has to offer.
