Monthly Borough Meetings are held at the Borough Office on the 2nd Tuesday of each month beginning at 7pm. Workshops are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month as needed.

Bells Across Pennsylvania

Individuals and Organizations please join us on May 2, 2021 at 7:00PM at which time we are asking all individuals and organizations with bells and other noisemakers to ring out for 3 consecutive minutes in a solid chorus of statewide support for the Pennsylvanians who everyday put themselves in harm’s way to serve and protect the public. Richland Borough would like to invite everyone to participate in this event and help us take a moment to celebrate and thank our hometown heroes.
