Eagle Disposal has notified the Richland Borough that they are not collecting the recycling totes on December 29, 2023. Eagle Disposal stated that they are rebranding the company and would destroy the totes if collected, therefore in an effort to be more eco-friendly they are asking residents to keep their recycling totes to use for future recycling. Eagle Disposal is asking that residents remove the Eagle Disposal name from the tote, this can be done by placing a sticker over the name, painting over the name, or scratching the name off.
