On November 14, 2023, Richland Borough Council will be holding the monthly meeting at the Richland Borough Fire Company in the banquet hall at 7:00 PM. At this public meeting the Borough Council will discuss water matters, 2024 refuse bills, and provide updates regarding ongoing projects. This meeting will review the 2024 refuse contract which has been awarded to Weidle Sanitation. The 2024 refuse bill amount will be $509.00, the breakdown of the annual bill amount is listed below. Due to the increase in the amount of the annual refuse bill, Borough Council will be presenting new payment options to assist residents in managing the increase. Representatives of Weidle Sanitation will be present at the meeting to address any questions regarding refuse collection under the new contract.

Recycling Collection – $72.00
Administrative Fee – $5.00
Additionally, the Borough Council will be holding a public meeting at the Neptune Fire Company on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 7:00 PM to present the revised draft of the new zoning ordinance.
